You apply on agfood.ie yourself. A signed cert is needed only for some jobs, like an electrician's E.T.C.I. cert, or an engineer's report in set cases.

Your login stays yours. GrassGrant never asks for, stores or uses your agfood.ie or MyGovID login. You log in yourself on the official website, and you click Submit. Only Department-registered agents (who must be FAS approved) can submit for someone else, and GrassGrant is not one.
